1. ELIGIBILITY FOR RETURNS
To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:
- The return request must be made within 30 days of the date of delivery.
- The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging, with all tags attached.
- Certain items, including clearance items, customized, or intimate products, are not eligible for returns unless defective.
2. HOW TO INITIATE A RETURN
To start the return process:

- We will provide you with a return authorization and instructions on how to return the item.
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to an error on our part (such as sending the wrong product or a defective item).
3. REFUND PROCESS
Once your return is received and inspected, we will process a refund to your original payment method. Refunds will typically be issued within 7-10 business days. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
4. EXCHANGES
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different size, color, or style, we recommend initiating a return and placing a new order for the desired item.
5. DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 5 days of receiving your order. We will either send you a replacement item or issue a full refund based on your preference. Please include photos of the damaged or defective item when contacting us.
6. NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
The following items are not eligible for returns:

- Clearance and sale items
- Intimate apparel or swimwear for hygiene reasons
7. CANCELLATION POLICY
If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us immediately at info@fashionstoreroyal.click. Cancellations can only be processed if the order has not yet been shipped. If the item has already shipped, please initiate a return once the item is received.
